Thompson Resorts Ltd. has named its most current star staff members.
‘At Thompson Resorts Ltd. we make a concentrated effort to remind our employees how much their efforts mean to us and that we are fully aware that they keep our wheels turning,’ said Patricia Howard in a press release.
Star staff members are:
Curt Weston
Mr. Weston works in our Maintenance Department. Management, as Star Employee for the month of June, chose Weston (as he is commonly known around the Resort) because of his hard work and dedication. Weston like all others suffered personal loss due to Hurricane Ivan, but despite what he suffered, he was always available for work. Since the rebuilding after hurricane Ivan, Weston has proven to be a very reliable and dependable employee. He has also been with the Resort from its inception.
Linda Locke
Ms Locke works as a Food and Beverage Server at Castro’s our in house Restaurant. She was chosen as our Star Employee during the month of July. Although, she has only been with the company a short time she has established a great rapport with both guests and the staff. Everyone is won over by her charm and wit.
Her attitude is always that nothing is ever too much for her. Her smiling face always entertains our happy hour guests.
Linera Grant
Ms Grant, who has been with the resort from the inception, was chosen as Star Employee for the month of August.
Guests and owners alike are very fond of her. She is known as the laugh of the reef. Her unique cackle is often heard through out the resort. Ms Grant has proven on many occasions that she is a very dedicated and dependable employee. During staff shortages she has always been willing to fill-in and to work non-regular hours to ensure full coverage on the front desk.
Many compliments have been posted on our website from guests and owners alike about the quality of service they received from her during their stay.
