The islands’ only contemporary Christian music station now provides two heaven-sent opportunities to advertise products and services and throughout Cayman.
Heaven 97 and Gospel 88.7, owned and run by Christian Communications Association of Grand Cayman, aim to offer businesses a flexible and affordable means of communicating with current and potential customers – all day, every day.
With a prime demographic target aimed at young families, Heaven 97 is a well established advertising choice for reaching people in their acquisition years, as they set up households and families.
Sister station, Gospel 88.7’s audience extends the broadcaster’s reach into households that are more established and statistically have more disposable income than the average.
Advertisers consistently report positive results from exposure they get on Heaven 97 and Gospel 88.7, according to the station’s advertising team.
An experienced, professional staff takes the advertising process from concept to finished product, with copy writing, voice and production work handled by the international staff of the two stations.

Programming content
Both Heaven 97 and Gospel 88.7 are committed to presenting programming that glorifies God and encourages His people.
Heaven 97 signed on in August of 1997, and Gospel 88.7 launched on August 8 of this year. Both are operated as commercial self-sustaining, not-for-profit entities.
It is contemporary in nature, and features a mix of contemporary, urban and Caribbean music, with such core artists as Jaci Velasquez, Third Day, Mary Mary, Donnie McClurkin, Carlene Davis and Stitchie.
Brief teaching programmes throughout the day provide insight and encouragement from James Dobson, Pastor Rick Warren, Max Lucado and more.
Gospel, 88.7’s format is slightly different from its sister station, in that the music, and overall sound, will be more traditional and inspirational.
Its main focus throughout the day is in airing high quality Bible teaching programmes, as well as scheduling designed to strengthen families. Contributors vary from distinguished pastors and theologians, to family councillors and psychologists. A range of news, sports, weather and some human interest features will also be included to complement the overall content.
