Swimming champs Shaune and Brett Fraser are here on a rare visit this week to spend time with their parents Jim and Laurice for Thanksgiving.
This is a crucial time for the brothers who are preparing for the London Olympics next year. The brothers
are also having a meet and greet session with all the young swimmers of both Stingray and Camana Bay clubs to tell them about their journey to the Olympics and inspire them.
Shaune and Brett are coming back on Wednesday on the American Airlines flight at 3.50pm. Dr Sook Yin said: “On behalf of the Cayman Islands Amateur Swimming Association I’m in the process of organising a welcome home to the Fraser Brothers and let them know how proud we are of them.
If we can get as many swimmers and supporters down to the airport when they land to wave the Cayman flag, it’ll be a proud Caymanian moment.”
