Another fun filled afternoon of Cayman National tennis tens fun occurred at the Ritz-Carlton tennis centre recently under the usual guidance of Thomas Neuert.
Since inception less than a year ago the standard of tennis has improved dramatically with both the length and quality of the rallies in the points section a clear illustration of this.
The combined emphasis on exercise, fun and points appeals to this age group. Under the ‘star’ system of obtaining points in the six to eight year old division Calum Lindsay again came out on top with Harrison Clough and Gabriel Todd second and third respectively in a tight contest.
James Bolland was the champion of the older nine to ten year old division with Neildeep Ghosh and Jack McGregor rounding off the top three places. Jade Wilkinson also deserves a special mention for being the highest ranked girl over the event.
