The Department of Vehicle and Drivers’ Licensing offices will close early Friday for a staff function, according to the department.
The West Bay and Breakers offices will close at 11:30 a.m., and the Crewe Road office in George Town will close at noon.
The department advised that normal operating hours – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – will resume on Saturday, Dec. 17, for the West Bay and Breakers offices. The Crewe Road location will reopen on Monday, Dec. 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For the Christmas and New Year holidays, all three DVDL locations will close at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, and again at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30.
The West Bay and Breakers offices will remain closed from Saturday, Dec. 24, to Tuesday, Dec. 27.
All three locations will reopen on Wednesday, Dec. 28, when the Crewe Road office will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the West Bay and Breakers offices from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
