Governance services firm Calderwood announced it now has more than 100 fund managers as clients and as a result added another director to the firm.
Ben Pershick will join Calderwood from Cayman-based fund administrator Maitland, where he is managing director.
“We are delighted to bring Ben on board,” said Ronan Guilfoyle, Calderwood co-founder and director.
“He is very highly regarded in the industry here and his strong experience on the fund administration side, as the managing director of a specialist Cayman-based firm, complements our team well and significantly broadens our offering.”
