A 51-year-old woman is in police custody after being arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure following an incident at Government Administration Building last week.
The woman, who had been protesting in the area and outside Government House for several months, was taken into custody Thursday morning.
Passersby had filmed the woman dancing provocatively in front of the main doors at GAB and shared the video on social media, calling for police action.
At about 11:30am on 6 Jan., police officers on Elgin Avenue, in the vicinity of GAB, arrested the George Town woman on suspicion of indecent exposure in relation to acts committed on Wednesday, 5 Jan. in George Town.
She remains in custody as investigations continue.

No update as to whether or not this woman is still in custody. She may have mental health issues but poses no harm to the general public.
Meanwhile those suspected of violent assault are released on bail, hopefully for good reason.
