Health City expands with specialist medical partnership

Health City Cayman Islands

Health City Cayman Islands has expanded its medical practice, which will see the hospital move into ear, nose and throat medical services for Cayman-based patients.

The “strategic” expansion will see Health City partner with ENT in Cayman Ltd., a press release on Sunday announced.

“Dr. Ulrich Ecke and his team have done a tremendous job of providing ENT (ear, nose and throat) medical solutions over the years, which aligns perfectly with our goals,” said HCCI Chief Business Officer Shomari Scott.

“We agreed that this would be the ideal synergistic relationship to enhance the offerings to patients in the Cayman Islands.”

ENT in Cayman Ltd., which is located at Pasadora Place in George Town, was founded by Ecke in 2018.

Ecke welcomed the partnership, saying Health City was a “proven and trusted provider of world-class healthcare” and the collaboration enabled ENT to “ensure that a foundation of quality, specialist care is provided to our patients and acts as the bedrock for future advancements in our service offerings and geographical coverage around the Cayman Islands.”

The release said ENT in Cayman Ltd. offers a full spectrum of conservative and surgical treatment and services for its subspecialties such as allergology and rhinology, speech therapy, audiology and vestibular rehabilitation.

“We are delighted to have helped bring together these two organisations and structure this partnership between ENT in Cayman and Health City Cayman Islands,” said Sam Story, Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG in the Cayman Islands.
