Police have confirmed that a person was shot and injured at a location on Lawrence Boulevard Sunday night.
The victim is being treated at hospital, a police spokesperson said.
The shooting occurred less than 24 hours after a stabbing around the same location on Saturday night.
In that incident, which happened shortly before 11:50pm Saturday, police said, the victim suffered “serious but non-life-threatening injuries”.
