A man accused of shooting dead Divonte Hernandez in broad daylight has denied any participation in the killing.
Appearing before the Grand Court via video link from Northward Prison on Friday, 24 Nov., George Orlando Senior entered a not guilty plea to a single charge of murder.

Senior, 35, of George Town, together with Shaun Austin Connolly-Amaya, is alleged to have gunned down Hernandez, on 29 Sept., shortly after 10:30am in a dirt parking lot along Sound Way, near the intersection with Shedden Road.
According to police, there was one shooter, and another person who served as the getaway driver in a silver Honda Fit that had false licence plates. Senior is alleged to have been the gunman.
A three-week-long jury trial is expected to go ahead next year, but no date was set during Friday’s hearing.
Connolly-Amaya, 24, of West Bay, who also appeared via video link, did not enter any plea.
