We just returned from two weeks in West Bay. We had no car and we have to say the bus experience was second to none.
Drivers would check side streets for passengers, and they were always friendly and got us to where we wanted to go. We simply asked them to drop us off at a certain location and it was that simple. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus.
At the same time, I can understand the need to improve the system; newer buses, GPS – all will go a long way to improve the experience.
That said, we really enjoyed our time on your beautiful island.
