Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a domestic incident and who later fled the scene of a crash on Saturday, 17 Jan.
Police initially responded to a report of assault and property damage at a residence on Sound Way, George Town just after 7pm. The suspect left the location before they arrived.
A police spokesperson said officers later observed the suspect driving a white Nissan Skyline in the area. Police attempted to stop the vehicle using emergency lights and sirens, but the driver refused to pull over.

Police said the man then drove recklessly through central George Town to evade capture while police monitored the vehicle from a safe distance.
He eventually lost control of the car on the Esterley Tibbetts Highway, and the vehicle collided with a light pole and overturned. The driver abandoned the car and fled on foot.
Searches were carried out but police said the suspect remains at large and the vehicle has been recovered as evidence.
