There were fewer fish than a lot of participants were hoping for, but plenty of cash awards as the first Cayman Billfish Rundown wrapped up three days of competition on Friday.

More than half a million dollars are up for grabs starting Tuesday when more than 35 boats head to sea for the first three-day Cayman Billfish Rundown competition.

The inaugural Cayman Billfish Rundown, a multi-day fishing tournament, has been announced for May 14-17, 2019.
