A man who was convicted of groping a woman while she slept, has had his conviction overturned by the Court of Appeal, which ruled the trial judge had misdirected the jury prior to their deliberations.

After a Grand Court jury convicted him of indecent assault, Corey Robert Dodge was sentenced this week to three years, three months imprisonment.
