The trial of Kesley Arnoldo Martinez-Ebanks, who has pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving, has been adjourned to 23 Jan.

Kelsey Arnold Martinez-Ebanks has entered not guilty pleas in relation to an accident that claimed the life of one woman and injured four others in May 2021.

The driver of the car that crashed killing 20-year-old Aleiny Revé Villegas has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

Paul Mannix Scott, of Cayman Brac, was sentenced to more than three years in jail for a 2018 accident that claimed the life of a 51-year-old nurse. Shortly after 11pm on 27 Feb., 2018, on the Brac, Scott’s car veered into the opposite lane while travelling around Tibbetts Turn along Bight Road and collided head-on with Sharon Clarke’s SUV.
