The deaths of Trevin Sherwayne Garfield Roberts and Brandon Joseph Thompson, who were killed in separate single-vehicle collisions on the same road four months apart, have been ruled as misadventure by the coroner's court.

Prosecutors and defence counsel are in talks about possibly dropping the charge of causing death whilst driving uninsured against Terry Hodgson, in relation to a 2020 accident that claimed the life of Paul Andrew Wright.
