A survey by non-profit organisation Gender Equality Cayman of more than 1,000 people who live and work on island indicates that Cayman lags behind other developed countries and that gender equality is not an issue frequently discussed by businesses.
Deloitte supports Gender Equality Cayman
Accounting and consulting firm Deloitte, which recently launched “ALL IN: Accelerating gender and inclusion,” a strategy designed to increase the share of women in leadership roles, has pledged its support to the local non-profit Gender Equality Cayman.
