The Grand Court has issued an arrest warrant for Noel Paul Manning, who faces charges of raping a 5-year-old child, after he repeatedly failed to show up for court appearances and removed his electronic ankle monitor.

A 53-year-old Bodden Town man accused of raping and indecently assaulting a five-year-old child more than a dozen times and believed to be on the run, has been given six weeks to turn himself in or risk being remanded into custody if apprehended by police.

Bodden Town resident Noel Paul Manning remains wanted by police after he failed to appear before the court on 4 Dec., breaching his bail conditions and removing his electronic monitoring device.
