Pride parade and parties promise colourful weekend
Despite having to postpone the Pride flag-raising event scheduled for Saturday, 23 July, due to rainy weather, the spirits of organisers were not dampened as they revved up preparations for the coming weekend.
Pride flag raised in Cayman for the first time
At around 6:15pm On Sunday, 28 of June, the rainbow coloured Pride flag was raised on the beach of the Palm Heights hotel on West Bay Road in support of the Cayman Islands LGBTQ community.
