Dart plans to open bar at Calico Jack’s site
Dart's Shoreline Development Company has applied for permission to modify parts of Calico Jack's in anticipation of opening a beach bar/restaurant at the site - a proposal the Department of Environment is opposed to because the building's seawall falls well outside the permitted highwater mark setback limit.
CPA adjourns decision on Dart hotel for 2 weeks
Central Planning Authority Chairman A.L. Thompson has recommended that the planning body deliver a decision on Dart's application for a new 10-storey hotel even if the National Conservation Council is unable to convene and submit its views on the $80 million development.
