The Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman recently held a lunch reception to recognize and honour their ‘Exceptional Service Team’ members for the month of January.
The ‘Exceptional Service Team’ is made up of employees who continuously go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure guest satisfaction. All honorees will be entered at the end of the year for the grand award of ‘Employee of the Year’.

Manager of the Month
The Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman recently recognized Ilyuk ‘Kaz’ Kim as Manager of the Month for January. Kaz is the Sushi Chef at the Bamboo Lounge. He has always displayed a positive attitude to his fellow workers and often surpasses the expectations of his role by outstanding performance, consistency in his work and dedication and commitment to the company.
