Patricia Priestley has recently joined Ogier & Boxalls’ local practice team as a senior associate.
Ms Priestley has been practicing as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands since 1997 and specialises in secured lending, commercial and residential real estate transactions and general corporate and commercial work.
She received her B. Sc at the University of South Florida in Finance before proceeding to earn respectively her LLB (Hons) at the Cayman Islands Law School under the auspices of the University of Liverpool and her legal practitioner’s qualifications under the auspices of Queens University, Northern Ireland. Patricia is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and Bar Association, states a press release.
