The DHL Duathlon is set to take place at the Rugby Club this Sunday, 29 May.
Race starts at 6:30 am. Registration takes place Saturday at the Rugby Club between 1pm and 3pm, as well as before the race.
The race is a two- mile run, followed by a 12-mile bike, and then another two-mile run. It can be raced individually or as a team, with either two members or three members on a team. The bike route heads east from the Rugby Club, around the Hurley’s roundabout to Lower Valley, and back.
Prizes to first, second and third men and women, as well as team.
