The Governor Bruce Dinwiddy presented his third and final Throne Speech Monday at the Legislative Assembly. Mr. Dinwiddy, accompanied by his wife Emma Dinwiddy, took the opportunity to spend time with dignitaries at a reception hosted by Speaker Ms Edna Moyle in the Members’ dining room at the LA. They chatted with ministers, official members, MLAs, National Hero Sybil McLaughlin, two past governors, senior Civil Service staff members and guests.
