Companies behind Jazz Fest

Local companies have joined forces with the Department of Tourism to guarantee the success of the second annual Cayman jazz fest to be held 2-3 December at the Westin Casuarina Resort, and Treehouse.

Director of Tourism Pilar Bush commented that the Cayman Jazz Fest was a collaborative project that would not have been possible were it not for the incredible support the Department of Tourism received from its sponsors, both local and international.

A press release from DoT points out that the Cayman jazz fest is sponsored by: Cayman Airways; American Express; Tropical Shipping; Tropical Trader Restaurant Group; Tropicana Tours; Style FM, official radio sponsor of the Cayman jazz fest; Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa; Courtyard Marriott; Delta; Cayman Distributors (Veuve Clicquot and Red Stripe); Radio Cayman; CITN; BET Jazz; and Jazziz Magazine.

Performances by international artists George Duke, Al Jarreau, Earl Klugh, Najee, Ravi Coltrane, Yolanda Adams, Arturo Tappin, as well as local bands Intransit, Hi Tide, KayKay, Sea N’ B, Notch, Pandemonium SteelBand and Swanky will guarantee jazz fans a sensational weekend of smooth cool jazz.
