A smelly problem

I am always interested to read articles about the new Camana Bay development.

In this instance the commentary focussed on the move of the Cayman National Bank to the ‘town centre’ of this new development.

However, I was surprised to see that there was absolutely no discussion surrounding the problems that the site will experience given its proximity to the dump.

Just driving down the highway I find the smell is often awful.

What do they propose to do about this?

Given that there is going to be a school located on the site, what happens when the children do not wish to play outside because of the stench?
