Tower Marketing has announced the addition of two new people to its fast-growing team: Kate Cuming, account manager and Cindy Rosan-Jones, marketing administrator.
Ms Cuming and Mrs. Rosan-Jones bring with them a diverse range of experience and qualifications that will help broaden the company’s marketing and communications offering and provide new skills and fresh ideas, states a press release.
Mrs. Lynne Byles, managing director of Tower Marketing, said she welcomed Kate and Cindy to the Tower family and believed they brought with them an ideal mix of strong technical ability and creative talent.
‘The experience and energy Cindy and Kate bring to our company is a perfect fit for our vision and goals. We are a youthful and energetic team and I have full confidence that our clients will benefit from their joining,’ she said.
A University of Westminster graduate, Ms Cuming has 10 years of international marketing and media broadcasting experience, most of which was gained in the United Kingdom and Australia. Ms Cuming has a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Radio Journalism and a Diploma in Business and Marketing and worked for the BBC in both radio and television, launching the digital TV channel BBC Four and BBC children’s radio station, BBC 7.
Ms Cuming also developed experience in event management, internal and external communications, program development and media production through her role in the Communications Unit at the University of Melbourne, Australia, where she worked for three years.

Mrs. Rosan-Jones moved to Cayman from Tortola, British Virgin Islands and brings with her experience in the fields of marketing, event management and entertainment promotion. She has also worked in the trust and compliance industries in the BVI.
Mrs. Rosan-Jones studied at the Kensington College of Business in London where she gained a Professional Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. She also holds a certificate in customer service and continues with the CIM for her diploma.
‘Working with Tower Marketing will give me the opportunity to further develop and expand my marketing experience and I’m looking forward to being part of such a progressive and dynamic team,’ Mrs Rosan-Jones said. Cindy started at Tower as a full time employee in October while Kate is currently with a local personnel agency.
Tower has been operating in the Cayman Islands since September 1999 and is part of the Tower Media Group. Its sister companies include The Cayman Financial Review (a twice yearly offshore finance publication), The Cayman Observer (a weekly business newspaper), and Destination Cayman Islands (a tourism-based website portal).
