Eurocar lands Volvo dealership

Eurocar has been awarded the authorised Volvo dealership in Cayman.

‘We are ecstatic about having acquired the dealership,’ said the company’s general manager/owner Renee Bernardo.

‘It is something that we worked really hard to achieve,’ she said.

The company already deals in Renault cars from its new Shedden Road showroom and service centre.

‘We felt that the Volvo range would complement the Renault vehicles,’ said Mrs. Bernardo.

‘Both put the emphasis on safety and that is something we feel strongly about,’ she said.

‘People have been saying that the safety of their family is of utmost importance and these vehicles will fit the bill, as Renault do,’ she told the Caymanian Compass.

The company is ordering vehicles now and the first batch is set to arrive in June, she said.

Their mechanics would be fully trained by Volvo and would have all the latest diagnostic equipment, she added.

‘Eurocar is extremely pleased with becoming the authorised distributor for Volvo in the Cayman Islands,’ Mrs. Bernardo told the Compass.

‘This new line of cars will greatly enhance Eurocar’s ability to meet the needs of the public in a much broader fashion,’ she said.
