Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP has welcomed two additions to its Cayman Islands corporate recovery and forensics team, states a press release.
Bernadette Bailey-Lewis has six year’s experience in the regulatory and compliance industry.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administrations, followed by a degree in International Finance from the International College of the Cayman Islands in 1996. She then went on to obtain a Masters in both Business Administration and Accounting, majoring in Forensic Accounting.
Prior to joining Kinetic Partners, Bernadette was employed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority where she completed her tenure as a senior analyst in the compliance division. Her responsibilities included investigating breaches of regulatory laws and conducting due diligence checks of licensed entities in the Cayman Islands.
Karen Price has five year’s experience in the corporate recovery and forensic industry. She was nominated best graduating student when she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Curtin University, Perth, Australia. She qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and was recognized as Candidate of the Year 2003-2004.
Karen was an associate director with KordaMentha (a tier one Australian professional services firm specialising in corporate recovery and corporate advisory) prior to joining Kinetic Partners. She gained extensive experience in managing various forms of insolvency appointments including voluntary and court liquidations, administrations and receiverships.
