The International College of the Cayman Islands announced the launch of its first-ever ‘Short Course Certificate, Artificial Intelligence Foundations’, marking a milestone in the institution’s continued commitment to innovation and lifelong learning.
The certificate course will be delivered in partnership with Cayman Enterprise City serving as the official programme partner. Classes will be held at Cayman Enterprise City’s Signal House, located off of Fairbanks Road, George Town. The course will run over five consecutive Saturdays beginning 2 May, from 9-11am, for a total of 10 instructional hours.

ICCI said in a press release that this introductory course is designed for beginners and individuals curious about the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence.
Participants will gain a foundational understanding of AI concepts, tools and real-world applications in an engaging and supportive learning environment.
The cost of the course is $250 making it an accessible opportunity for professionals, students and members of the public to gain future-ready skills in one of today’s most in-demand fields.
Interim President John Cummings said, “This short course represents an important step for ICCI as we expand our offerings to meet the needs of a rapidly changing digital landscape. We are excited to partner with Cayman Enterprise City to provide a high-quality learning experience that equips participants with practical knowledge in artificial intelligence.”
