The newly formed Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman recently responded to Prospect Primary’s wish-list by providing the school’s library with a brand new 19-inch television sponsored by Funky Tangs along with a DVD player purchased with the Club’s funds.
Rotaract President, Dorothy Scott commented: ‘This is a simple and easy way of supporting the school and its literacy efforts.
‘The kids read books and then watch the movie and get a whole new understanding and appreciation of reading.
‘We would like to extend a big thank you to Funky Tangs for supporting Rotaract in its efforts to build a brighter future for our children.’
