Chamber AGM set

The Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce invites all Chamber will hold its Annual General Meeting 29 November at the Brasserie Conference Facility in the KPMG building of Cricket Square from 3-5pm.

A reception with hors-d’oeuvres and refreshments will follow the meeting.

During the meeting achievements and accomplishments of the Chamber will be highlighted and the Plan of Action for 2007 will be outlined. The Chamber will also be honouring companies and individuals that have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make 2006 the success that it has been.

Members will hear reports from the outgoing President Mr. Morgan DaCosta, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Wil Pineau and Treasurer Mr. Wayne Cowan and incoming President Ms Angelyn Hernandez.

New councillors will be voted in and the board will be wishing Mr. Eddie Thompson and Mr. Tim Adam farewell after two years of service. Proxy forms, nomination forms, financial statements and the 2005 AGM minutes can be downloaded from prior to the event for review.

Members of Government have been invited and the Chamber asks attendees to bring their concerns about doing business in Cayman and what problems your industry is facing in 2007.
