Nick Kershaw has been appointed managing partner of the Jersey legal practice of Ogier.
Mr. Kershaw is one of the leading investment funds lawyers in Jersey and, as chairman of the legal subcommittee of the Jersey Funds Association, was instrumental in the introduction of the highly successful Jersey Expert Fund.
Mr. Kershaw has been a partner at Ogier for 10 years having joined from Clifford Chance in London.
Over the last five years he has been a member of the Group Executive Board and the Group Strategy Board, states a press release.
Mr. Kershaw succeeds Sarah Fitz who has been managing partner since 2000.

Mr. Kershaw is looking to the future.
