Beat the heat this summer with Britannia’s new summer dessert menu Parlor Classics.
The menu offers old fashioned ice cream favourites such as banana splits with contemporary creations such as piña colada sundaes, said a press release.
The restaurant has paired with Haagen-Dazs to bring the extensive menu, which includes over eight decadent concoctions, including Latte Sundae – Haagen-Dazs vanilla and coffee ice cream, coffee espresso syrup, chocolate coffee beans and whipped cream – and Hot Apple Cobbler – freshly backed apple cobbler served with Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream.
‘This summer is the perfect season to refresh the taste buds and enjoy legendary favorite desserts such as Cherries Jubilee Sundaes and Bananas Foster,’ said Vidyadhara Shetty, the Hyatt’s executive sous chef. ‘At Britannia Restaurant, we look forward to quenching the sweet tooth of our guests.’
Prices range from $5.25 to $10 each. The restaurant is open daily from 7am to 6pm and offers breakfast and lunch service. The bar is open for specialty coffee drinks, Parlor Classics and other beverage service until 6pm each day.
