The Ritz-Carlton is hosting a three day gastronomic extravaganza to celebrate the recent AAA Five Diamond Award scooped up by the resort’s restaurant Blue by Eric Ripert.
The event will take place from 5 to 7 October and will be headlined by renowned seafood chef Eric Ripert.
The event will feature an array of tasting highlights and demonstrations, including cooking classes, an opulent champagne brunch, a dynamic poolside Caribbean marketplace and a gala dinner in the Cayman Islands Royal Ballroom.
Proceeds of the weekend will also provide a young Caymanian chef with the opportunity to embark on his own culinary journey, with a weeklong training immersion and internship at Le Bernardin in New York.
