‘We are extremely pleased that Roger has joined our board of directors. His extensive financial and legal experience will further strengthen the breadth of talent and experience that we have on our board,’ said Mr. Martin. ‘The decision to bring Mr. Priaulx on as a board member reflects the contribution he has made to the growth of the business and, in particular, his involvement in a series of major acquisitions since he joined the company.’
Along with his duties as legal counsel for Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited, Priaulx will play an increasingly active role in business development as the company continues to expand.
‘Having worked with the organization for three years, it is exciting to be asked to join the board of such a rapidly growing and innovative company,’ said Mr. Priaulx. ‘I admire and respect our team of directors for what they have achieved and am appreciative of their support and confidence in what value they believe I will add as a director of Close Brothers.’
