Nicosia Lawson, representing the district of George Town, was crowned Miss Cayman 2008 on Saturday night in front of a packed audience at the Lions Centre.
Nicosia, 25, was sponsored by the Cayman Islands Development Bank.
First runner-up in the contest was Danielle Ebanks, sponsored by Island Styles Car Rental Ltd.
Second runner-up was Rachel King, sponsored by Kirk Freeport Ltd.
