The popular annual fundraiser Ice on Ice is set to return, Wednesday, 1 October.
The event, hosted by local radio station Z99, which is owned and operated by Hurley’s Entertainment, is scheduled to be held at the Westin resort lobby, from 7pm.
Tickets are $99 per couple, with all proceeds going to the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. Guests at the event will have the opportunity to win one of four diamonds, courtesy of Island Companies.
On arrival, guests will each receive a complimentary Grey Goose vodka cocktail. Each cocktail will have an ice cube with a cubic zirconium. Lucky guests who find a square, instead of round, cubic zirconium, win a diamond.
The Westin resort – suitably decked out by Every Bloomin Thing – is supplying a selection of decadent appetizers for guests to enjoy.
There will be live entertainment on the night as well as a raffle with a host of prizes. Island Companies will be showcasing a selection of diamond jewellery and Vampt Motors will have a luxury high-end car on display. The event will also continue outside around the resort’s pool, with live music and cash bar.
‘Every year continues to be a bigger and bigger success,’ JB, Operations Manager at Hurley’s Entertainment said. ‘This year is expected to bigger than ever and we are encouraging everyone to buy tickets early as the event sells out every year.’
Tickets are available from the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, located on Maple Road George Town. Alternatively, listen to Z99 for further details.
