This year’s edition of the National Trust dinner and wine auction at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman will benefit sponsored the Eldemire House in Cayman Brac.
The annual fundraising event, which takes place Friday at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, will be presented by Chef Frederic Morineau, executive chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Sotheby’s Vice President of Wine Robert Sleigh as they guide guests through a memorable culinary experience, with a classic steakhouse menu, followed with a wine auction featuring an extensive list of unique wines.
All proceeds from the evening, which forms part of the Cayman Cookout, will benefit the National Trust in its efforts to restore the Eldemire House for future generations.
The Eldemire House was severely damaged by Hurricane Paloma’s devastating hit to Cayman Brac and the Trust hopes to restore the building to its original state.
The event is sponsored by Jacques Scott, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, and Angus Certified Beef.
The event will be held at 7 Prime Cuts and Sunsets at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman from 7pm to 9pm.
