BrightIdeas launches

BrightIdeas, an outsourcing
provider and a subsidiary of Cayman Islands-based business conglomerate dms
Organization was officially launched on 18 January.

A press release states the company
tailors business solutions to meet the strategic and operational needs of local
businesses island-wide. Its service offerings include human resources, learning
and development, marketing and project management.

“Though we only recently launched
the BrightIdeas company, we have a history of proven success through the group
of dms companies, ensuring business excellence and achieving market leadership
for almost a decade. Krista Pell, head of the learning and development function.

“Our team of dedicated
professionals are experts in their professional fields and are equipped to deal
with the most complex of business needs.”

Head of Project Management Tara
Tvedt-Pearson noted that though outsourcing really became a part of the
business lexicon in the 1980s, the term is often met with confusion.

“People frequently misinterpret
what it means to outsource, and most simply put, it means to subcontract a
service, essentially a division of labour,” she said.

“Outsourcing can open the client’s
eyes to a world of benefits, often notably, its cost effectiveness as it allows
the client to focus on what they do best. Ultimately, outsourcing enables the
client to optimize their resources and maximize their business opportunities.”
