BBQ + Bubbles + Boats = Perfect Sunday Brunch

into The Harbour at Camana Bay is being billed as the perfect combination for a
Sunday afternoon in the Cayman Islands.

restaurants of Camana Bay in partnership with The Cayman Islands Tourism Association
are hosting the culinary event from 11am to 3pm. Taking place on the picturesque
Crescent overlooking The Harbour, this event promises to be a culinary
sensation that will delight the palate and tantalise taste buds. The theme combines
island contemporary with barefoot elegance to make for a Cayman-style brunch
that will be like no other!

Ron Jacobson from Cayman’s Abacus and award-winning Chef Cindy Hutson from
Miami’s Ortanique will partner up to create a symphony of flavours inspired by
the sun and sea. The harmonious result of their culinary collaboration has
produced a brunch menu that is a fusion of fantastic flavours.

centre stage are Guinness glazed ribs, whole roasted pig with crackling and
mojo onions, island-style ceviche with mango and citrus passion fruit essence
and Caribbean shrimp & cucumber salad with papaya citrus infusion.
Succulent side dishes will accompany the above and include garlic lemon
cassava, fresh grilled corn, herb marinated vegetables, red bliss potato salad
and much, much more.

Cindy Hutson will be making her debut at this event – which will give attendees
a “Taste” of what’s in store for her upcoming Cayman Ortanique that will make
Camana Bay its home in 2010. Chef Ron and Chef Cindy’s creative collaboration
is bound to produce an impressive feast of mouth watering dishes and complimentary
sides – topped off with a sweet finale with a duet of delicious ice cream by
Haagen-Dazs and decadent desserts from Black Trumpet Gourmet Delicatessen, also
opening soon at Camana Bay.
