burger at the renowned south beach wine & food festival to his accolades
The restauranteur and executive chef made his debut
appearance at the 2010 Taste of Cayman.
CITA and the
Taste of Cayman judging committee found the restaurant’s sweet basil panna cotta
with strawberry consommé and berries, made by Michael’s executive pastry chef Hedy
Goldsmith – irresistible.
2010 Taste of
Cayman Food & Wine festival attracted over 3,000 attendees and showcased samples
from over local 42 restaurants.
