Roberts deadly as Stingrays kill off Panthers

Stingrays Women team sponsored by
Island Heritage had an easy match defeating Panthers by 10 wickets. Winning the
toss Stingrays gave Panthers first strike and Panthers were in trouble losing
their first wicket in the first over.

Natasha Roberts was the leading
bowler for Stingrays as Panthers was reduced to only 75 runs in an innings that
lasted 13 overs. Stingrays Pamela Martin and Rosemarie Wilson with 31 runs each
were undefeated at the victory.

With four rounds of matches
remaining, victories by Prison and By Rite two weeks ago have made for great
excitement to the Division 1.

Prison easily defeated LIME
Schools. Having scored 251 runs, Prison bowlers reduced the youngsters a 108
and victory by 143 runs. Only Ricardo Roach offered some resistance in scoring
46 runs.

Greenies 1 had no answer for the
all round bowling of the By Rite team and folded for a small 145 runs. Jalon
Linton scored 35 runs in the By Rite victory by 5 wickets.

Cayman Brac joined JJ”S and ESSO
