Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink,
a new restaurant opening at Camana Bay, will be holding a job fair this week on
the second floor of the Garden Offices at Camana Bay on Market Street.

“I am thrilled to be opening a
restaurant on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman”, said Chef Schwartz.

and pure ingredients and is an advocate for using locally-grown produce, and
locally-raised meats and fish whenever possible.

DOT’s Apprenticeship programme.
“With such a diverse and talented collection
of individuals interested in the food & beverage industry, I am confident
that we will find dynamic personalities to become a part of our team – allowing
us to replicate the dining experience that has proven to be so successful in
Miami but with a special flair that is uniquely Caymanian.”
