Triple C School Class of 2010 graduates

Twenty-nine
students received their diplomas at the Triple C School graduation on 7 June,
and Salutatorian Nicole Crance received the Association of Christian Schools
International Distinguished Christian High School Student award.

Former
homeroom teacher Jeffrey Newman delivered the commencement address, encouraging
the class of 2010 to truly seek, know and serve God and always strive to do
their best.

Nicole
and Valedictorian Ashley Soto were praised by Vice-Principal Bob Lankford:  “These two young ladies so deserved to be
recognized for all their hard work. Throughout the years I have seen them both
grow in leaps and bounds.”

Nicole,
Nikki Christian, Camelia Miller and Geordan Banks received the Creative Christian
Character Award. Nicole also received subject awards in English and history.

Alexandria
Johnson received the Outstanding Senior Award from Triple C School and the Outstanding
Leader Award sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce. Breann Carle received the
National Gallery Award for Excellence in the Visual Arts.

Ashley
Soto received the Excellent Achievement Award from Ernst & Young, as well
as subject awards in Christian education, mathematics, science, and business.

Derrick
Phillips received the Caribbean Utilities 3rd place Technical Vocational award.

Of
the 29 graduates, 50 per cent will be enrolling in university or college next
school year.
