Tower Marketing has announced the
addition of two new members to its management team. The key leadership roles will help support
Tower’s growing clientele base and the company’s expanding product line.
Richard Smith and Marsha Ebanks
have joined the team as senior sales and marketing manager and senior marketing

as an agency and allow us to continue to provide the best experience to our
Tower clients,” said said Lynne Byles, Tower’s managing director. “We are
pleased to employ both Caymanians in this leadership capacity.

Mr. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree
in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and has more than
30 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
He will focus on developing new business for the company through Tower’s
extensive product range. Mr. Smith has
worked in sales and marketing capacity for major firms in the Caribbean,
including in Jamaica, St. Kitts and Barbados. “Tower provides excellent
marketing research and analytical tools,” said Mr. Smith. “I am pleased to be
working with the Tower team and look forward to great success.”
Marsha Ebanks has broad experience
in marketing, public relations, business development, product and brand development,
as well as event management. She also brings experience across sectors,
including the financial services and tourism industries. Her career scope has
made her adept at creating new marketing and business development opportunities
via a company’s unique sales proposition and the ability to understand a
company’s strategic objectives and adapt to new corporate cultures.
Ms Ebanks is an Honours graduate of
the University of Central Florida and a member of the American Marketing Association. At Tower she is responsible for marketing,
public relations, brand development and event management for a several clients
covering various industries.
