Island Heritage offers time management course

The Professional Development &
Training Centre, a division of the Chamber of Commerce, hosted a closed
training course on Friday, 6 August on time management and productivity for 30
Island Heritage employees, including staff and senior management.

Learning time management methods is
a skill, according to the company, and from a strategic perspective, better
time management helps employees move from being reactive to being proactive.

“Better utilization of time
encourages prioritising and ultimately greater and timely achievement of goals
for both employees and the organisation. By taking this ‘whole group’ approach
to time management skill development, Island Heritage benefits from everyone
being on the same page when it comes to how they can best use time to enhance
productivity” said course facilitator, Glenda Davidowski.

The Time Management &
Productivity course will be offered again on Friday, 15 October. For further
information on seminars offered or to register for courses at the Professional
Development & Training Centre, visit the Chamber of Commerce website: or email Programmes & Events Manager
