Cruise liner Royal Caribbean will
be offering cooking schools on board two of their Cayman-visiting ships.
Freedom and Liberty of the Seas
will both include special programmes run by Chefmakers Cooking Academy in which
guests will be able to take selected classes in the ships’ galleyys.
The Chefmakers at Sea classes will
cost between $40 and $125 extra and range from knife skills and overviews of
chicken and fish to more specialised courses like Asian Persuasion and New
American Cuisine. Recipe cards, complimentary wine and aprons are included in
A one-hour course, Kids with Kids
Baking, will teach youngsters between 4 and 11 years old all about chemistry,
kitchen hygiene and how to make mini sweet treats.
