Conquest and Liberty for Cayman

Despite the downpour, Carnival Liberty has docked at
Cayman and the cruise line advise that Conquest will be in port on Thursday, 14
October.

Reports had suggested that the 2,974-passenger ship would
skip Cayman in favour of a visit to Key
West but Carnival confirmed that Conquest would indeed
visit Cayman. The other ship in port tomorrow is the 4,400 Liberty of the Seas.

The only lost call this month was on Thursday, 7 October
when Royal Caribbean International’s 4,000-passenger Freedom of the Seas did
not come. Ships were forced to dock at Spotts on 6 and 7 October.

Itineraries affected

Itineraries have been significantly affected by Hurricane
Paula throughout the Western Caribbean.

Carnival Legend was meant to visit Cozumel, Roatan and Belize
on Thursday and Friday but now will zip up to Ocho Rios instead. Carnival Valor
will call at Nassau rather than Roatan, and
Imagination hits the Bermudan port rather than Cozumel.

Carnival Ecstasy and Triumph have diverted from Progreso
and Cozumel to Veracruz and Key West respectively. Carnival Imagination.

Celebrity Solstice is visiting Jamaica,
Labadee and Nassau rather than Cozumel, Costa
Maya and Roatan this week, and the Western Caribbean calls of Holland
America’s Ryandam have been
cancelled in favour of visits to Grand Turk
and Half Moon Cay.
