Brackers and visitors can get into the love mood with a special craft market at Heritage House.
The Valentine-themed craft market takes place from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, 12 February on the front lawn of the Heritage House.
The market presents an impressive array of island craftwork, plants and tasty treats.
All craftwork is locally made and make great souvenir and gift items. It’s an opportunity for some of the Brac artists to showcase their artwork and celebrate our heritage through some of the Caymanian traditional arts. This month’s market will also be raffling a gift basket comprised of items from some of the market’s faithful vendors, say organisers.
“Visitors to the market should be able to find that special extraordinary Valentine’s gift for a friend or loved one. Available for sale will be lovely jewellry pieces made of Caymanite and local seeds and shells, beautiful trinkets, items made of silver thatch, underwater photography, local paintings and cards, and local food,” adds Saskia Edwards, assistant programme coordinator at the Heritage House.
